In this dynamic role, Youth Apprentices and College Interns will have learning-focused opportunities, perform clerical, specialized, and hands on tasks, while receiving mentorship in the departments they are placed in.
Responsibilities
- While specific duties vary by department, most roles focus on assisting teams with daily operations, conducting research, and managing small-scale projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school or college undergraduate programs.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational abilities, and a "self-starter" attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Canva, and mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Attitude: High degree of flexibility and willingness to learn are essential, as interns often perform a variety of duties across different departments.
