Cagayan State University is offering an internship role to support the Sales Applications team with ongoing projects, process improvements, and daily business needs. You will help document business processes, workflows, and CRM-related practices while maintaining intranet content for accuracy and accessibility.

In this role you will research opportunities to improve usability, analyze workflows, and coordinate action items across cross-functional teams.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Update and maintain internal documentation and intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible
• Research opportunities to improve application usability, user experience, and process efficiency
• Assist in identifying business requirements and help coordinate action items for project-related work
• Help analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to support consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Provide general support for team initiatives related to sales applications, internal tools, and process standardization

About You
