Qualifications

• Pursuing or attained College degree or higher.
• 1+ year of industry experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient at multi-tasking.
• Able to work in groups and individually.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess great organizational skills.
• Ability to lead high customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Minister and provide customer service related to YM360.
• Grow GENERATE summer footprint and relationships with churches.
• Assist in marketing efforts and outbound communications to regions.
• Participate in retention plans and SERVE-related tasks.
• Participate in GENERATE Summer Staff recruiting and hiring process.
• Lead on-site customer service with Event Director and YM360 leadership.
• Coordinate staff and campus contacts for events and logistics.
• Manage monthly reports and end-of-week reports as needed.
