Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern program across U.S. distribution centers. You will shadow leaders, participate in the full lifecycle of our distribution model, and manage a process improvement project with a final presentation to executives.

You will rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, and support functions, gaining broad business insight while collaborating with partners and leaders throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement or project coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all distribution center functions such as warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory.
• Function as lead on specific projects and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Build business acumen by understanding multiple business areas.
• Complete assigned projects on time and support other duties as needed.
