Job summary

Reyes Holdings is offering a 12-week Distribution Operations Intern role in a fast-paced distribution center in the United States. You will rotate through warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, and HR, while shadowing leaders and managing a process-improvement project.

The program provides on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to the full lifecycle of the distribution model, with a final presentation to US executive leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's with 0–2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor visas

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, and human resources
• Act as lead on specific projects and support process improvement initiatives
• Participate in internship program training activities and events; develop business acumen through exposure to all business areas
• Complete assigned projects and tasks on time and present outcomes to leadership
