This role ensures a steady supply of clean dishes and supports the kitchen during busy hours, with potential growth into Pizza Topper, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Management roles.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED (or actively in school).
• Experience preferred but not necessary — we will train you.

Mansioni

• Operate industrial dishwashers safely and rapidly to maintain a constant supply of clean dishes.
• Wash specific kitchen items by hand when required.
• Maintain the organization of plates, silverware, and all kitchen items in their designated storage areas.
• Follow all sanitation and health-related protocols to ensure a safe workspace for the entire team.
• Empty all trash receptacles and clean up spills or broken glassware to prevent hazards.
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions during busy service.
• Complete all required daily duties, including opening, closing, and side work.
