Responsibilities

• Wash specific kitchen items by hand when required.
• Maintain the organization of plates, silverware, and all kitchen items in their designated storage areas.
• Follow all sanitation and health-related protocols to ensure a safe workspace for the entire team.
• Empty all trash receptacles and clean up spills or broken glassware to prevent hazards.
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions during busy service.
• Complete all required daily duties, including opening, closing, and side work.
