Essential Job Duties:

• Industrial Dishwashing: Operate industrial dishwashers safely and rapidly to maintain a constant supply of clean dishes.
• Manual Cleaning: Wash specific kitchen items by hand when required.
• Station Management: Maintain the organization of plates, silverware, and all kitchen items in their designated storage areas.
• Safety Standards: Follow all sanitation and health-related protocols to ensure a safe workspace for the entire team.

Kitchen Support & Maintenance

• Janitorial Tasks: Empty all trash receptacles and immediately clean up spills or broken glassware to prevent hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth transitions during busy service.
• Shift Readiness: Complete all required daily duties, including opening, closing, and side work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hospitality Mindset: Honest, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Stamina: Physical ability to work in a hot, humid kitchen environment and remain on your feet for 8-hour shifts.
• Strength: Ability to safely lift and move loads up to 50 lbs.
