Heirloom Restaurant Group is hiring a dedicated dishwasher to support our Montana restaurants in West Yellowstone. You will operate commercial dishwashing equipment, ensure items are clean and sanitized, and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.

This full-time role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a team-first attitude, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure a constant supply of clean dishes.
• Keep dishwashing equipment clean and well-maintained and report any issues to the manager.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to support kitchen operations.
