Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a motivated student intern for an 11-week paid summer program from May 26 to August 6, 2027, designed to provide real-world exposure to telecommunications in your field of study. This opportunity focuses on device trade-in and upgrade projects with mentorship and professional development.

You will work with two teams—your department and intern cohort—on project-based work and experiential activities, gaining valuable industry insight.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Device Trade-In and Upgrade team with analytics and operations.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on trade-in data, focusing on pricing trends and liquidation performance.
• Perform outlier analysis to flag pricing or performance anomalies.
• Review end-to-end trade-in/upgrade processes and identify improvements.
• Assist with marketing promotions assessment and onboarding of buyers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trade-in partners, marketing, and operations.
• Present findings to the Trade-In and Upgrade team throughout the summer.
