Job summary

Spectrum offers a paid, full-time internship program running from May 26 through August 6, 2027, designed for students pursuing CS, data science, IT, or related fields. The internship emphasizes real-world exposure to telecommunications and includes mentorship and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supports data analysis, monitoring, and automation projects within AI Operations.
• Analyzes operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and prepares datasets for reporting and analysis.
• The intern assists with automation projects that reduce manual monitoring and helps document monitoring practices for broader team adoption.
• The intern also partners with internal teams to gather requirements, share findings, and create documentation that makes technical work accessible to non-technical audiences.
