Qualifications

• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in the current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work with the development team and take over customer experience projects when communications are ready to be handed off.
• Review scope, project details, requirements, journey maps, and experiences to determine feasibility and technical needs.
• Collaborate with journey owners on creating documentation about requirements and experiences for the customer journey.
• Lead integration with the development team and ensure communications are ready for handoff to begin development.
