Job summary

Qualifications

• This internship requires rising senior status and a graduation window between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern events throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Reduce duration or intensity of customer reliability issues.
• Assist with escalation research and handling.
• Own customer resolution through compliance checks and internal escalations.
• Identify trends using data and AI/ML research methods.
