We are seeking Summer Day Camp Counselors who are excited about building community with youth, thrive in a youth-centered environment, and serve as professional role models and adventure guides for campers in grades K-8. The starting pay is $13.00-$13.50/hour, working approximately 25-30 hours per week.
The YMCA of Central Stark County is an inclusive, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility to strengthen communities. Our Day Camp program serves over 750 children daily across seven locations in Stark County, including YMCA branches, school buildings, and standalone centers. Camps offer outdoor programming 50-70% of the day, with locations in Alliance, Canton City, Jackson, Lake (Hartville), Louisville, North Canton, and Plain Township.
