Your role as a Day Camp Counselor

As a Day Camp Counselor, you'll start each day with enthusiasm, leading fun and engaging activities for children of various ages. You will plan and facilitate games, arts & crafts, and team-building exercises while ensuring safety and inclusion. You'll serve as a role model, fostering positive relationships and helping campers develop new skills.

Flexibility is essential, as you'll adapt to the dynamic camp environment and address challenges with a positive attitude. Collaboration with fellow counselors and staff is crucial to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. You'll also be responsible for camper well-being, maintaining a supportive and fun atmosphere every day.
