Job summary

Warm Beach Camp Ministries seeks a Day Camp Activities Coordinator to plan and coordinate Summer Day Camp activities, ensuring spiritual, emotional, relational and physical needs of campers are met. You will support staff and volunteers, handle behind-the-scenes tasks, and help run camp smoothly including meal prep and clean-up.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a sincere love for the Lord, and willingness to operate within the camp’s Christian framework.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Love for the Lord and commitment to Christ in life.
• Willing to support the camp philosophy and goals.
• Willing to accept supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Day Camp activities.
• Ensure supplies and materials are prepared.
• Provide clear instructions to counselors and volunteers.
• Lead activities directly when needed.
• Work with campers aged 5–12 and teen volunteers.
• Respond to emergencies per training and camp policies.
• Observe camper/volunteer behavior and enforce safety rules.
• Collaborate with WB staff and volunteers as a team.
• Be a positive role model in spirit, self-respect, and work ethic.
• Encourage participation in all activities and functions.
• Strive to meet campers' spiritual, emotional, relational and physical needs.
• Present the Good News of Jesus Christ.
• Assist campers during recreational activities.
