Warm Beach Camp Ministries seeks a Summer Camp Counselor to minister to campers during Day Camp and Group Camp sessions. You will support programming, supervise activities, and help run daily schedules while maintaining a safe, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Lifeguard Certification.
• Ability to relate to youth in a camp setting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work with campers aged 5-18 and volunteers.
• Respond to emergencies following training and camp policies.
• Observe camper/volunteer behavior and enforce safety regulations.
• Facilitate Bible studies and lead activities for campers.
• Lead and support staff in daily camp operations and activities.
• Be a positive role model in faith, attitude, and work ethic.
• Supervise daily activities, meals, cleanup, and recreation.
• Ensure campers wear appropriate clothing and are prepared for weather and activities.
• Promote the Good News of Jesus Christ to campers and volunteers.
