Job summary

RGA is seeking a motivated Summer Intern – Data Analyst to gain hands-on experience in building modern data and analytics solutions. Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/DS/IS and enjoy solving data problems using SQL and modern tools like Snowflake, DBT, Alteryx, and Power BI.

You will work with experienced teammates on meaningful projects, learn how enterprise data products are designed, developed, tested, and delivered, and contribute to data validation and documentation in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Pursuing a technical degree (CS, DS, IS, or related).
• Solid SQL skills including joins, filtering, aggregations, and data transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curiosity and quick learner of new technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance data and analytics solutions with the team.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL for data transformation and validation.
• Gain hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Develop or support analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Participate in testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Learn established development practices within a collaborative environment.
• Work on real business problems to improve efficiency and decision making.
