Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in data analytics or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python; Java is a plus.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Tableau or Power BI preferred.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and enhancement of data analytics solutions within an Agile Development team.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts; create visualizations and dashboards in Tableau.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to strengthen data insights and support business decision‑making.
• Partner with teammates and product owners to groom and refine backlogs of epics and stories for upcoming development work.
• Build relationships across the organization through the Summer Intern Program, laying the groundwork for future career growth.
• Stay current on emerging technology and AI trends through training opportunities.
