• Curiosity about customer experience, operations, technology, AI, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Customer Experience Center functions to learn how calls, escalations, workforce planning, learning, knowledge, quality, and improvement work fit together.
• Analyze customer and agent interactions, operational data, and performance measures to identify patterns and friction points.
• Support AI and digital transformation initiatives by helping measure adoption and impact.
• Turn data into insight with simple analyses, dashboards, and presentations for leaders.
• Participate in improvement projects to make service faster and more valuable for customers and agents.
• Collaborate with leaders across functions and test ideas to move concepts forward.
• Present learnings and recommendations in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
