Qualifications

• Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2027 - May 2028
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or any other relevant field
• A strong passion for hospitality
• Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Self-Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA

Responsibilities

• Assist CX team to evaluate visitor experience across our retail and office spaces and identify enhancements
• Research AI and advanced technologies to streamline processes
• Support CX for Retail, Office, and Residential departments and related programs
• Perform competitive analyses of designated centers in Florida and recommend implementations
• Analyze survey data from retail visitors and office tenants
• Support CityPlace and Office events and CX preparation for Village Landing
