Related Ross Foundation is offering a 9 to 10-week summer analyst internship in West Palm Beach. The role supports interdisciplinary work across the Related Ross Foundation, with emphasis on community development, economic mobility, and social impact.

The program provides hands-on real estate knowledge, networking events, and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams on grants, education partnerships, and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2027-May 2029.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in urban studies, real estate, public policy, economics, nonprofit management, business, or similar.
• Demonstrate strong communication, writing, and research skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in real estate development, community investment, or social impact.
• Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support grantmaking research, nonprofit due diligence, and documentation of community partnerships.
• Assist with program design related to education and health and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute to tracking and evaluation of philanthropic investments in target areas.
• Participate in resident-centered engagement and support planning for Foundation events.
• Assist with reviewing grant applications, preparing reports, and supporting cross-functional teams.
