Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Las Vegas invites applications for a Project Manager Intern. You will support estimations, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, and on-site reviews under the guidance of senior Project Managers.

The internship emphasizes real-world, hands-on experience with potential for full-time opportunities. Housing stipends, performance bonuses, and leadership access accompany a structured training program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management bachelor’s program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or co-op construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project proposals and assigning dollar values.
• Scheduling timelines for subcontractors and trades.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team to understand proposals.
• Send bid instructions, schedule, and drawings to subs; evaluate and award subcontracts.
• Fill permit forms and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; coordinate with PM.
• Handle subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications.
• Visit job sites with PM to ensure on-time progress.
