Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently a student in an ABET-accredited four-year engineering program.
• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study.
• Ability to work 40 hrs/week.
• Proficiency with PC applications; preferred AutoCAD and MS Excel & Access.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering staff on projects and develop understanding of utility facility needs.
• Create job order sketches using AutoCAD and assemble data for estimates.
• Perform field measurements and data collection.
• Support project management of electric and gas facilities; participate in summer projects.
