Responsibilities

• Attend workshops, training sessions, and guest speaker events to develop professional skills.
• Contribute to current projects and observe the impact of your contributions.

Program Highlights

• Estimating: Assist with plan reviews and planning; learn CAD software for drawing preparation; site visits and construction observation.
• Safety Management: Shadow safety coordinator, participate in employee training and site visits. Possible OSHA 30 Training
• Field: Shadow construction crews; understand construction methods and materials; experience site safety protocols and quality control procedures.
