Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Enrolled as a full-time student in a four-year Chemical Engineering program with Sophomore year completed, or recent graduate (within 12 months).
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Transcript required at time of application; missing transcript may exclude review.

Responsibilities

• Assist with verifying that P&ID’s are complete and accurate.
• Take field readings and measurements for data collection to support design changes or monitor operations.
• Utilize software applications to verify or develop designs.
• Perform investigations on equipment (valves, instruments, heat exchangers, relief devices, pumps) under supervision.
• Develop and issue process engineering design packages suggesting changes under supervision.
• Assist with other company functions (e.g., DGC Family Night).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
