Job summary

NiSource, the parent company of Columbia Gas of Ohio, is offering a Summer Change Management Analytics Intern position in Columbus, OH. This 12-week program provides hands-on learning within the Enterprise Change Management Organization and opportunities to work on meaningful projects alongside managers and mentors.

Successful applicants will gain exposure to data analytics, dashboard creation, and Power BI within a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university with major in related discipline such as Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Data Modeling
• Completion of intermediate-level coursework
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Team oriented
• Self-motivated with drive for results
• Time management skills
• Business acumen and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced experience with Excel
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience creating Dashboards
• Experience or coursework with data modeling
• Experience with data visualization, survey analysis, and data cleaning and validation
