Qualifications

• Current students with an expected graduation date by August 2028.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsabilités

• Make 85 cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads.
• Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio.
• Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while meeting metrics.
• Resolve service failures in a fast-paced logistics environment.
