Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics is interviewing Carrier Sales Interns for Summer 2027. As a Carrier Sales Intern, you’ll cultivate relationships with truckload carriers, negotiate rates, and help ensure freight moves from origin to destination.

This internship is designed for self-starters ready to launch a sales career and join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You'll gain hands-on experience, work with three proprietary technologies, and participate in bi-weekly development sessions.

Qualifications

• Current students with an expected graduation date by August 2028.
• Sales-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work on-site and full-time during the summer.

Responsibilities

• Make 85 cold calls to truckload carriers to fulfill shipping commitments.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and book loads.
• Focus on building new relationships as you build your own carrier portfolio.
• Provide top notch service to partner carriers and internal stakeholders while being rewarded for exceeding metrics.
• Resolve service failures in a fast-paced environment.
