Job summary

Middleburysnowbowl is seeking a Custodial Helper to assist with cleaning and maintaining campus buildings during the summer months, starting in May 2026. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends, and have preferred custodial experience as well as the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred. No formal education or training required.
• Previous Middlebury College employment preferred.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares dorm rooms for summer occupants and guests.
• Restocks toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers.
• Cleans entrances and elevators, sweeps outside steps.
• Collects and removes all trash and recycling.
• Washes windows and arranges furniture in social spaces.
