Qualifications

• Ability to read and write labels on cleaning materials.
• One year or more of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors using various tools.
• Inspect building for service issues and report damages.
• Maintain equipment and work areas clean and orderly.

Skills

Ability to operate large, powered vacuum cleaners

Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 50 lbs

Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
