Job summary

Pine Cove, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, summer-only registration coordinator in the Columbia, SC area to manage the registration, housing, and communications for camps and Pine Cove-sponsored conferences.

You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate databases, and assist with follow-up calls as part of the registration loop. This role supports Pine Cove’s mission while fostering relationships and ensuring a smooth summer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1+ year of camping or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong digital, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be living in Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, or Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Manage the registration, communication, and housing for Camps and Conferences.
• Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential guests.
• Maintain and manage an accurate database.
• Assist with follow-up calls to current and potential campers as an active part of the registration loop.
• Responsible for other tasks as directed.
