Specific areas include: overseeing the retail store operations, coordinating food services needs, and hospitality services in daily operations. This position will also contribute to training summer staff in their respective fields, assisting the departments in projects, and ensuring the hospitality needs for the office and welcoming guests. Depending on the season, the position will spend approximately 40-50% with the Food Services Department, 30-40% with the Retail, and 10-30% of hours within Hospitality.
