Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development, mentoring, and staff encouragement.
• Oversee safety of equipment, facilities, and activities per codes.
• Train staff in safety, lifeguarding, CPR, First aid and driving.
• Assist with recruiting, screening, and interviewing applicants.
• Maintain the program’s Social Media accounts.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
