Job summary

Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks a Camp Program Coordinator for the Ponderosa Lodge. This ministerial role focuses on planning and leading all-camp activities for middle and high school campers, while mentoring the Program Assistant Lead and managing program budgets.

The position emphasizes faith integration, leadership within the camp team, and collaboration with the PL Leadership Team to ensure safe, engaging experiences for campers throughout the summer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quality all-camp program activities and team competitions for junior high and high school campers.
• Directly lead the Program Assistant Lead and empower them.
• Provide budget oversight and accountability for program activities.
• Organize with the PL Leadership Team for weekly/daily execution of programs.
• Meet daily with the PL Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Conduct mid-summer evaluations for the program and staff.
• Other duties as assigned by the Ponderosa Program Intern.
