YMCA Camp Greenville seeks a cause-driven leader to serve as Teen Leadership Coordinator on our summer leadership team. You will guide LDPs and Division 4 campers, set high standards for conduct, and support leadership development sessions. This role emphasizes safety, integrity, and role modeling of core camp values.

We welcome diverse backgrounds. You will help foster leadership growth, organize trainings, and collaborate with staff to deliver enriching experiences for teens across sessions

Qualifikationen

• Must be 20 years or older by June 2027.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain before June 2027.
• Must meet minimum requirements to drive a 15-passenger minibus.
• Clean MVR (driving record).
• Experience working with high school age teens.

Aufgaben

• Train, supervise, and oversee teen leadership campers (LDPs).
• Coordinate and lead daily LDP meetings.
• Maintain rosters, schedules, and reporting in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues between LDPs and staff/campers.
• Conduct evaluations on LDPs in cabins at session end.
• Assist with staff evaluations throughout summer.
• Facilitate and manage training sessions for teen leaders.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of campers at all times.
