Steve & Kate's Camps is seeking staff for a summer program in Atlanta, GA. The role runs 8:00 am – 6:00 pm with shifts that vary; camp dates span 5/26/2026 to 7/31/2026 and setup/breakdown weekends.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.25–$20.75 depending on experience, with age requirements and prior childcare/education experience preferred. Join a playful, collaborative team focused on empowerment and creativity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 months of experience working in a camp, or 1 year in an education or childcare setting required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running all facets of a self-directed camp.
• Facilitate activities, monitor safety and wellness, and supervise campers.
• Oversee and maintain organized activity spaces; support rotating roles across camp.
• Keep campers safe, engaged, and supported; document notable concerns or incidents.

Education

High school diploma or GED
