Job summary

The Summer Program Manager at Inspiration Hills Camp leads daily activities and evening events, serving as the Master of Ceremonies across group gatherings. You will oversee counseling staff and ensure programs support campers’ growth and connection with Christ in a high-energy, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or leadership roles at a residential Christian camp.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate camp activities.
• Strong attention to safety, supervision, and program quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and fun program to campers and oversee daily activities.
• Plan and train seasonal staff and volunteers on safety and program procedures.
• Coordinate all camp activities with staff and volunteers to ensure schedule alignment.
• Oversee facilities and equipment checks for safety and readiness.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate seasonal staff and provide feedback.
