Job summary

The Kidcam Camp Programs is seeking a Program Director to design and deliver a dynamic, well-balanced summer camp. You will plan weekly schedules and activities, ensuring they are engaging, age-appropriate, and reflect Kidcam’s mission to create a safe, fun, and memorable summer for every camper.

Pre-Camp: collaborate with the Camp Director to design schedules, organize supply lists, and prepare staff training on facilitating activities, games, and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Camp: design weekly schedules, organize supply lists, and prepare staff training on facilitating activities, games, and transitions.
• During Camp: oversee the daily flow of programming, ensure activities are implemented smoothly and on time, and manage logistics for special events and field trips.
• Post-Camp: close out program records, inventory supplies and equipment, and provide feedback to support future planning and continuous improvement.
