Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, is seeking a Camp Counselor for our Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on safeguarding campers, delivering engaging activities, and modeling positive behavior for youth in a lively hospitality environment.

You will implement camp programs, lead games, supervise activities, and collaborate with staff to create memorable summer experiences while ensuring safety and inclusion for all participants.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for campers' safety.
• Follow camp objectives, rules, and daily schedule.
• Assist staff with camp activities.
• Serve as a positive role model for youth.
• Create new activities and games.
• Teach and enhance campers' skills (guitar, basketball, art).
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings.
• Ensure campers are comfortable, safe and included.
