Job summary

Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando, FL, is seeking a full-time Instructor/Coach to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. You will teach group programs for juniors and adults under the Director of Instruction and assist with private lessons as needed.

Responsibilities include registering students, processing payments, and keeping classes properly organized while promoting development. PGA/LPGA Class A preferred; strong communication and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• PGA or LPGA Class A member preferred or actively pursuing membership.
• Minimum 1 year of golf instruction and club-fitting experience.
• Experience teaching and coaching all aspects of the game of golf.
• Familiarity with TrackMan and video analysis tech preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and instructional skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage students.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead group instruction, golf schools, and corporate clinics for adult and junior programs.
• Assist with supervision and maintenance of practice facilities to ensure safe, clean, organized conditions.
• Support the private instruction program when assigned.
• Help maintain teaching aids and instructional inventory in excellent condition.
• Perform administrative duties to ensure smooth operation of the instructional program.
• Assist with opening/closing duties of the instruction program as required.
• Represent the facility within the community and with local businesses through promotions.
