Camp Walt Whitman (www.campwalt.com), a traditional children’s sleepaway camp in Piermont, New Hampshire, is seeking a cook to join our culinary team for the summer. This is an opportunity to teach children at a Summer Camp in New Hampshire with room and board fully provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/institutional large quantity food production
• Skills in preparing and cooking a variety of foods from scratch
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Willingness to complete tasks such as meal preparation, clean-up, kitchen maintenance, and inventory assistance
• Strong professional references and the ability to pass a background check

• Dates: June 12 to August 11
• Salary: $750/week plus travel, room, and board
