Job summary

Mount Hermon Association, Inc. seeks an Activities Coordinator for The Ponderosa Lodge to lead daily campers activities, in coordination with a team of leads, modeling a Christ-centered lifestyle and advancing spiritual growth.

The role requires ministry leadership, planning of junior high and high school programs, budget oversight, and collaboration with the Leadership Team. On-site camp environment, outdoor activity execution, and staff development are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Experience in youth ministry or camping ministry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quality activities for junior high and high school campers.
• Organize cabin activities and sign-ups with Counselor Leads.
• Direct PL Activity Leads (Recreation, Ropes, Lifeguard and Crafts).
• Provide budget oversight for activities.
• Meet daily with PL Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Conduct mid-summer evaluations of the program and staff.
