The role leads registration, retail areas, and logistics with Maintenance and Dining teams; daily collaboration with PL leadership is required, and prior youth ministry experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ministerial leadership and youth programming experience.
• Leadership with junior high, high school and college-aged students.
• Commitment to MHAs mission, beliefs and values.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the office area.
• Perform and direct all office duties and lead staff in those duties.
• Coordinate registrations, cabin assignments and print needs with Marketing.
• Oversee the PL Fountain and Camp Store retail areas.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Dining teams; ensure meals setup and cleanup with good stewardship.
• Meet daily with PL leadership team and supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Ponderosa Lodge.
