Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks an Administrative Coordinator for Redwood Camp (RWC). You will support the RWC Director and Core Leadership Team in managing camper registrations, staff needs, and office operations, including the Trading Post Office, with a focus on quality customer care and adherence to MHA mission.

The role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; college graduate preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified (before arriving at camp).
• Must possess a valid current driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Previous experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage camper registration including camper paperwork and coordinating registration tasks for multiple camp programs.
• Manage RWC Program staff needs including answering calls, mailings, and keeping camper files updated.
• Work with RWC Core Leadership Team.
• Maintain inventory, organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of office and supplies; ensure records security for Administrative and Trading Post positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
