Job summary

As a Business Technology Intern, you’ll translate business needs into clear docs, help manage schedules, analyze datasets, and create dashboards with SharePoint, Excel, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to support business decisions and project planning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and follow through on action items in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team accelerating the adoption of digital innovation across Manulife.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into documented business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate meetings to ensure tasks stay on time and within scope.
• Work with datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and create visual reports or dashboards for business and technical decisions.
• Organize and update project artifacts including meeting notes, action items, risk logs, and process maps using SharePoint.
