Job summary

CapTech invites undergraduates to join Elevate, the Summer 2027 Consulting Internship: Business Systems Analyst in Richmond, VA. The 10-week, in-person program pairs interns with senior consultants, simulates client engagements, and emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and real-world problem solving.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students expected to graduate Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Self-motivated contributors in a team environment with prior long-term projects or internships.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC is helpful.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python preferred.
• Exposure to consulting or client-facing work is a plus.
• All majors welcome; Analytics, Computer Science, BIT, Systems Engineering preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master/Product Owner for development team
• Work with client stakeholders and SMEs to gather and document requirements
• Analyze the current state and help design the future state
• Help set project cadence and lead team ceremonies
• Lead stakeholder reviews and client presentations
