CapTech Consulting invites undergraduates to join Elevate, a summer internship in software engineering at our Richmond, Virginia headquarters. You will work on real client problems in self-led teams, guided by full-time consultants, and participate in weekly lunch-and-learns with leadership.

Housing stipends are available for those living farther away. The 10-week program runs June 1 to August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week in person and offering exposure to full project lifecycles across

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with expected graduation Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Availability to work in-person in Richmond, VA for 10 weeks.
• 40 hours per week for the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to build systems innovatively.
• Manage parallel development and code versioning with Git.
