Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist outreach to prospective clients by phone and email to support meeting scheduling.
• Coordinate meetings, calendar scheduling, and materials preparation for client meetings.
• Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking activities.
• Research prospective clients and industries to identify potential business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and update internal systems.
• Help maintain documentation, contact lists, and sales tracking tools.
• Participate in internal meetings to understand DMA services, initiatives, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development on projects.
