Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Building Automation Service Sales Intern in the Atlanta area for a 10-week summer program. You will rotate through core segments, support lead generation, and help prepare proposals while learning sales techniques.

You will work full-time (40 hours/week) at our Norcross, GA location, gaining hands-on exposure to building automation and energy/sustainability systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be current enrollment as an undergraduate at a four-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields; business/sales acceptable.
• 40-hours per week availability for 10-week program (May–July or June–August).
• No relocation assistance or housing stipend provided.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data and track leads with accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide growth insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Rotate through Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, Security and Energy/Sustainability segments.
