JM Family Enterprises, Inc. invites a Benefits Intern to help create and maintain engaging benefits resources, promote education across channels, and explore new technologies. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to support effective communication and engagement.

This full-time summer internship runs May 24, 2027 - July 30, 2027, offering hands-on experience and exposure to JM Family’s culture and core values.

Formación

• Active enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or related degree program; at least one semester completed.
• Preferred fields include Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business Admin, HR, Public Relations, Marketing, Library & Information Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint; familiarity with Canva and Microsoft Copilot.
• Interest in content management, benefits communications, and digital tools to improve associate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and enhance benefits content for HR Now and SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain retirement-focused Viva Engage Community content to boost engagement.
• Support benefits education and engagement across channels to raise awareness.
• Research new technologies and self-service capabilities for benefits delivery.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine content using data and analytics.
